"Complete removal of a champion would warrant a refund, I think, not replacement of said champion with a new one you didn't want.
Complete removal of dodge should be replaced with IP, not new runes I never intended to purchase. "

I'm sure those champions will be come out of the reworks a little OP and Riot will have nerf them down over a patch or two.

I don't doubt that they are planning to refund our IP spent on dodge runes when they remove dodge from the game...
