You can take your choice of offense and defense or even utility, however you'd prefer.
You are NOT forced to take utility for your junglers.
You never were, I might add. "

I don't expect everyone to agree, I'm just advising that people don't panic because it was never a needed mastery anyway and they are also buffing jungle exp so all will be well. "
