They're not like
OHMAGW, BOUGHT WARMOGGS so even though I'm playing Singed I gatta buy Atma's.
And it's not like... "Can't use Warmogg's on dis guy because Atma's would be bad..."
They are both strong as stand alones and they synergize well to boot ^_^"

You can for a lil defensive boost and such but if you're tanking up then there are other options ^_^
And Atma's does not require the purchase of Warmogg's either ^_^

Also most solo tops have enough sustain in skills/passives etc to be able to handle Nunu snowballs. ^_^
