I mean end game 8% dodge has gotta be better, when carries are doing big damages.

Solo top. Always, imo. If I can't get a solo with Sion, I'm playing a different champion.
There's a lot of good items on Sion, you just want to be tanky and have good crit, however you plan to do that.
