Yet, popular opinion is that Cho Gath is one of the better tanks, and he has neither.
Singed recently, also one of the more popular choices, has neither.
Amumu, neither, although he does have that "Catching" mechanism you seem to like.

And the GP nerf to his E was exactly what he needed, he's very close to a balanced champion now, everything is fine but his E needed some number changes. I actually think the damage didn't need to be nerfed, but whatevs :P"
