"He doesn't need a move speed buff from Undertow.
I don't think he needs buffs on his skills, perhaps just a slight buff to his base stats.
3-4ish more HP per level, 5-10 base run walk speed, 3-4 more base armor (Even though they already buffed his base armor recently) and perhaps an extra .2 "
