Tryndamere, (Even though the champion is good, the people who play him often generally are not.)

Otherwise I tend to just think, "Meh, they might just be good at "X" champion. "

"Nope she's not a great jungler either.
That's why she's not used, because she lanes poorly in all lanes, and she jungles slowly and it's not an easy jungle either.
She's a good champion with farm, but she's awful at acquiring said farm. "
