"I'm not sure. I think TF is a bit under powered.
And what's worse is he doesn't really fit on any team composition or in any lane.
He's a decent mid... That's about it :P
But if you're gonna play him, play the style that works for you. Don't hybrid, either go full AD or full AP imo. "
