"Well while those changes actually sound decent to me, as a player who does jungle a lot, at the same time they also sort of change the dynamic in an odd way. Not sure how I feel.

Early game he is very strong.
It's mid-mid late game where he's useless and it doesn't really matter how pro you are with him. He's very under whelming during this phase of the game.
