If the Teemo player is aggro just sling some Qs when he comes to blind and try to shield AD for maximum trade value. Be careful when fighting as your AD will become useless for a few seconds, probably use an R-&"

Poking is super hard when one misstep leads to a death so I save Qs for if I actually get gone on or their cooldowns are burnt. Try to keep lane pressure but don't be afraid to give up.
