"Fantastic guide, great build. I only have one caveat however... I have started replacing Blood Thirster every time, with Hextech Gunblade. I get the same base AD, but a little less max, however I gain 75 AP, and spell vamp on top of my lifestealing.

1) i change my boots out at level 12ish, to boots of swiftness, since combat is happening a lot more often.
