"Thanks for your comment! I put Soraka at B tier because she has a low winrate (48%) and a low pick-rate (Less than 6%). I changed B Tier's description because those champions are not that bad for climbing."

"Thanks for your comment! I put Azir, Irelia and Aurelion Sol at Tier 3. They are hard to play so they should be Tier 3 in my opinion. You have to master them to make them good champions."
