Posted a Comment: "Hello mate. You are not wrong. Tho I think sudden impact is better with Zac AP since you will need as much burst as you can. If you are running Zac tank build I think cheap shot will have little more burst to squishy champions since you don't have a lot of AP to trigger sudden impact"
