Posted a Comment: Apr 18th, 2011 "Conflag isn't actually instant. There's a .5 sec "pre-cast" bar that you have to wait on before the spell comes out. That .5 secs is dangerous consider conflag doesn't have very impressive range. In a lot of cases I will open with Q, W, then E if it's still safe as with Q and W there are no "pre-cas"
