Also I prefer skilling Nether Blade early just once, just to get some stacks for force pulse and tear of the goddess.

"Overall the build looks pretty solid, although I dont think you need Shurelya that fast.. I would prefer getting the money from Philosopher... maybe a Eleisa's Miracle would be better since you miss some tenacity.
But still I like the overall idea :)"
