"Have you done your re-placement game yet?
The system for Flex Ranked is beyond busted. Me and my friend both went 7/3 in placements a few days ago, both got P1. Then we played another 10 games and both got promoted to D5. He plays his re-placement game today and gets Gold 2, I play mine and get P"
