The problem is that there aren't that many players from SEA here on Mobafire. Most of the people here are from NA, EUW and EUNE plus some players from OCE - all of them are able to speak...

Personally I'd always max Living Shadow at level 2.
You can just create two examples of Rune Pages against AP and AD matchups. Imo you can always run Armor Pene"
