Under "Core" in the cheatsheet you could show IE before BG to clarify it's the preference

On junglers I don't think I need an extra need in defense to clear jungle camps like Elise it's better to go for the masteries that can help you when ganking. Just check you jungle clear time...

"I was talking about adding some sort of lines or line dividers around the banners because it looks so empty. But it's your decision because I prefer having some things filling the as much space as possible but if you like it that way you can stay with it :p"

Guide Structure and uniformity
Nothing to say about structure tbh. Guide is uniform and chapter order is great. Only thing to consider is adding a text about Heal because you mentioned it as your first choice summoner spell right in the beginning.
