I highly recommend zac. He functions similarly to xin zhao and surprisingly it's picked as often as you would think.
Alternatively nunu is extremely powerful right now.

After failing my Diamond 2 promotions like 4 times and dropping down to Diamond 4, I'm going all out ham and getting this rank on lock down.

2) Alistar isn't a tier 4 support. I don't understand why he's so low on your list when he's a conventional pick against common high priorities like Thresh.
