"if u know where the enemy jglr is starting and you're aware of possible lvl 2 gank, then it's better to just play safe rather than take q lvl 2. taking q is less reliable (bubble is generally really hard to land), and it's a good way to coinflip lvl 2; i prefer the continuous poke with e+w!!"
