Again, using my example, if both teams try their very best and theoretically played at a 1400 ELO level despite it being only a 1000 ELO game, how would the ELO system realize this and calculate it? It is not weighted the way it should be, but it probably never "

What I do to counter this is have the last person on the champion select screen to pick for me while I pick a champ they want. Doesn't always work but more often than not, they will choose a less CC heavy t"
