Asked a Question: Apr 1st, 2021 I think currently, Xin Zhao is one of the best because he can outduel almost any champion in the jungle and his ganks are really affective (as long as you hit his W). I also think Nocturne is good...

With that you can start contributing in team fights with your w and kraken combo. Veigar is more of an off meta apc but he is still decently good."
