Posted a Comment: Feb 6th, 2012 "In my eyes winning top lane is up to level 9 After level 9 lanes stop becoming as important and its not about winning the lane anymore because you dont even need to stay in your lane anymore So champions that win their lane after level 9 arent worth taking into account. Thus Singed is a bad solo "
