"I have a question, with your AP jungler Zac, you get Ionian boots of Lucidity, Spirit Visage, Frostborn Gauntlet, and Spirit of the Ancient Golem. All these give you CDR, adding up to %55 CDR. The maximum CDR that is utilized is %40, so why not get a different pair of boots? I"
