"Some thoughts:
- Soraka maxing Q and starting spellthief is really good if you've got a poke adc or the enemy lane is also on the poke side. Her Q deals really dumb damage early game. I also don't think Medallion is very relevant on her unless you have brutal initiation capacity or the enemy "

"The thing is that they decided her E should do EVERYTHING: damage, heal, mana regen. Wow nice one. Now fuck her other abilities and make her deal as much damage as full support Soraka."
