"You get cleaver waaaaay too late IMO. He can be pretty nice in lane but now he lost his mana regen passive so his costs might make him suck versus high sustain champs (Cho/Nasus/Singed/Garen). It sounds interesting, but dunno yet.
I'm still more curious about Bruiser Quinn :P"
