"Kat is not a bruiser, or a lot of long-range mages could be called bruisers, since in theory they are not supposed to be reached (Xerath, Syndra, etc). She is an AP Assassin.

I think champs with map control can do great things on 3s, as you said. teemo, caitlyn, nidalee, zyra for safechecking. Bruiser teemo is pretty nice and he juggles 3 bruisers well. Any of those combo well with nocturne if you're into t"
