1. Morganas in high elo play passively (not aggressive) because of her spellvamp. If you're still on a casual mode, you may see if your enemy is good at dodging your Q, so you can see if it's worth being aggressive;
2. Your ult is good for setting up ganks on your enemy;"

"It has some nice features lolcounter misses, but it has some issues. Namely, it's a lot slower than lolcounter, and it needs a list of the champs on every page, else you're forcing people to go back and forth to browse different champs"
