"^ Camping a lane on any elo can be stupid. I had a lee sin camping my Rumble lane to feed his wtv (Olaf?) and it went terribly because the other two lanes got quality ganks from our amumu, making both snowball, and when lee tried to correct it, he died.

"There's a nice deal of toplaners he poops on or can safely farm against, and we all know a farmed Singed isn't fun to face (but helluva fun to play).
Plus, the current meta focuses on teamfights and pushing; Singed can do both pretty damn well."
