Seriously, I get A LOT of people at 1.4/1.5 K elo who simply have no idea what their doing, like a Cho'Gath going top vs me (Jayce) and starting with a Doran's Ring, giving me FB and getting ANOTHER Doran's ring before boots).

"If you and your carry are good, many can accomplish that. However, to carry yourself through lower elo, Taric, blitzcrank and leona are usually the best"

Torment + AA really depends on their MR, but many mages can't beat that level 1 damage. Exceptions I can think of are Orianna coz of passive, Cassiopeia (Q hurts. It hurts so much. Why does it hurt mommy?), Viktor's trollshie"
