Impossible. Why?
1) Cooldown - you can't hit every minion with Q because Q isn't perma-available during early levels;
2) Early game mana management;

Serioulsy, I've been able to ignore even Jax players, and when they insisted too much I just ate them alive. Funny to read a Jax player write "OMG NASUS OP&quo"
