"I'm already using it on adc's. DFT has no pressure compared to that. Also, no clue why they want the game to be even more snowball-y by buffing the type of champ with the least amount of counterplay window: ad assassins (and, indirectly, riven and fiora, among others).

At rank 2 (level 3-4) it deals almost 1/2."
