I see Runaan's Hurricane on a lot of Teemo builds, is this because the extra projectiles cause the on-hit effect (both the dmg & dot) of Toxic Shot?
At first it made no sense to me...

AP and Ashe
Because Ashe's ulti uses AP, is there a way to fit even a small amount of it that still keeps her in the role of ADc?
I assume that items like Trinity Force, Hextech Gunblade, or Guinsoo's...
