Posted a Comment: "Nice guide! But I have a few questions: - Why max Q over E? You only be needing Q for the utility. I don't think that you need the early lower cooldown for it because its not a spammable abilitity early on. Most of the time maxing E second is better for quite a few ADC's. -"
