I've had a lot of success with this build carrying low elo games but I never know what to do when I finish my build and I'm fully buffed with elixirs (after having sold Brutalizer of course)"

Do you really always keep the same build when you are carrying the game?
How viable do you think something like manamune then BT then Warmog then Last Whisper would be for games when you are the only carry?
I've had a lot of success with that build lately."
