"^ harsh. But seriously, if you stick with any thing for 4 years and doesn't get any better than the day that you start then you have a bigger problem than you think. Well, stick with the advice already mentioned will get you some where, but it won't help much if you don't find out what's wrong."

"It's just tools in the end. If it's unfair, it needs to be removed or down the toilet the game goes. If it's fine by the user, it's fine by me(the outsider). All roads lead to the point where you don't need the timer and/or organized enough to make timer a distrac-ful/redundant tools etc... "
