"Even so, I doubt urgot would be a normal adc, don't think there's room in his kit for crit. I could see that he get BoTRK for the AA and enhanced tank killing experience, but that's about it. Still a big buff IMO."

1st question: IMO no. Easy to be pushed out of lane, no gank escape, 2 ADC comp suffers when step into the later phase of the game... to mention a few.
2nd question: I smell a troll, but still...
