Posted a Comment: "I dont think Thresh in Midlane is that good and in the jungle he is a bit to slow (what I heard of ,have not tried yet). I think as a bruiser / tank toplane with all the utility he has he is all right but I mean he is desinged as a support and bot lane is where he belongs. About the best carry T"
