"I find Warmog's Armor lacking in Dominion. It requires minion farm to be of most usefulness, which is less available in Dominion.
I personally think Heal isn't useful enough in any way. Other spells can fill the second slot, and if it's specifically for assaulting a point, I'd suggest G"

Well, Dominion has a incredibly low re-spawn time, so the impact of it is not significant at all (2 seconds or so). Normally on 5v5 or 3v3 I'd go for "
