"I don't find that building Kog straight AP that great really. An on hit effect Kog seems to make the most sense. He has great range and already has an on hit magic damage effect with his Bio-Arcane Barrage. The way my flatmate and I sorted out to build him was to start with a Doran's Blade f"

"Ionic Spark on Kog'Maw after you've built Sorcerers Shoes Wit's End and a Malady would be pretty darn awesome if you ask me. And the Ninja Tabi are still damn gold efficient and now more reliable.
