"I've been doing theorycrafting on Black Cleaver a lot, and it's an extremely strong DPS item.
Compared to the ghostblade, it has more DPS then the Active portion by approximately 70-100 DPS, and against the inactive Ghostblade, it's more than 170 DPS higher.
