"I would consider as an other alternative for Summoner Spells the Flash + Heal! Combo.
Flash is obvious but Heal is due to following reasons:
The Team fights are starting around you, so you can easily heal 2-4 people + yourself with it.
The increased survivability gains you around 2-3 seconds "

"Under the Carrys who need to be babysitted ... where is Twitch? He is my favorite carry and well, he lanes like a Boss with Taric. In my team the Standard Bottom Lane is Twitch (me) and a friedn of mine who plays Mao Kai."
