"Galio is to casters what Rammus is to DPS. Galio is an anti-mage tank and Rammus is an anti-AD tank. If they have hardly any AP then it kind of gimps Galio. He's fun to play, however he is extremely mana thirsty and I find Chalice to be a must on him."
