Like you said, it's really expensive, and it deals about the same base damage as e unless you force someone to stand in it for the full duration. Both of his other skills put together cost "

Posted a Comment: Sep 28th, 2021 "what about rylais? she has so many ways to proc it. tibbers auto proccing it allows tibbers to really stick to people. her e also procs it, allowing you to apply it to people that are chasing someone. Plus it's always nice to have that extra slow on other abilities when your passive isnt fully stack"

Posted a Comment: Jan 1st, 2020 "if you're going the annoying route you can also try liandrys then rylais after protobelt. The burn damage is handy, the slow is great for your team since it applies to box damage and clone explosion. Also, the burn could also help proc harvest"
