"I believe he is UP because he cannot determent the outcome of the game, even if you have an exelent start you can't lead your team to victory unless the game lasts less than 30 minutes.

"Oh, by the way I reccomend removing one point from Mental Force and place it to Summoner's Wraith. You get 5 Ap while Ignite is on cooldown, while one point in Mental Force only gives you 1 Ap."
