"hey Sanguine blade is pretty nifty because of the penetration but you will be sacrificing your AOE stacks for Black Cleaver. So yes perhaps for for dueling it might be better but id suggest a trinity force if you are looking to really hammer hard "

"Hey Reignite. I build ravenous and boots simultaneously, the ravenous allows for really nice sustain as well as some damage for tanks. Keep in mind this can be swapped out for a Blade of The Ruined King in case their team goes a bit too hp heavy."
