I honestly don't disagree with any specific choice, although I generally go offensive masteries instead of utility. I do use utility with vlad though, so I can see the appeal on a non mana mage. The only thing I'd do differently are your boots. CD boots are nice on melee casters like wukong, and I can see why you don't go attack speed, but I think"

Otherwise, it's well coded, has plenty of info, and justifies every choice. Even if you disagree with anything in particular, there's always a reason it's there. Looks good."
