"BTW, your skill order is all screwed up; you have 6 ranks in remove scurvy and 4 in raise morale. Probably a typo, but it's worth fixing.
You're also going to have some mana problems early (at least get a health+mana potion instead of two health potions)

"Health modifier quints? That's kind of odd; his squishy problems are all early game, and late game (with this build) you two healthy ap items. Flat health quints might be better.

"Definitely don't get life steal runes. After level 3 or so he can maintain life in the jungle at pretty much any health level, unless he's going after dragon or baron. You really rarely hear "executed!" when xin's jungling. "
