Posted a Comment: "Not gunna lie I thought this was how you were -supposed- to build Skarner. I've been doing that for two free weeks in a row now... Never had problems with it. You get a lot of AoE, and end up with a lot of kills. I would say, yes, it is quite viable, but I'm not sure how well you'd do in ranked."
