This provides the community with two good things:
1- provides players who aren't level 30 yet, a way to experience how ranked games are formatted.
2- provides the level 30 teams a way to practice without jeopardizing a bad ranking right away.
3- eliminates the ELO stress.

Try a different usb port or if you have a bluetooth mouse (or have a friend who'd lend you one just to try it) try that out, or vise versa if you're already using a bluetooth mouse.
It just sounds like a hardware problem to me right now."
